About the Practice
Do you find yourself struggling to connect with others? Do you struggle in relationships of all kinds? Feel like you don't fit in or are constantly misunderstood? Could your low self-esteem be creating a barrier for you to connect to others and yourself? Are you ever afraid of the emotions you experience or find yourself avoiding those more difficult emotions? I want to be your advocate to love yourself and feel more connected in your relationships and to the world around you. In therapy we can work to increase your feelings of self-worth, improve relationships, and reignite that spark that has been seemingly lost.

What We Offer
Individual Counseling for teens and adults. We believe in the power of the individual, that you are strong and capable of change. We are here to support your growth and healing.
Trauma is one of our specialties here at SKO Counseling. We will work to reconnect your brain to your body, provide you insight and decrease the ongoing stress of past trauma. SKO Counseling uses talk therapy, somatic awareness and TFT to treat trauma.
We believe substance use concerns are best addressed in group settings. SKO Counseling is here to support you in conjunction with your programming. We support anyone struggling with drug, alcohol, or sex addictions.
