Who is eligible for services?
Any teenager ages 14+ with parental consent or any adult 18+ is eligible for services with SKO Counseling.

What should I expect?
After you contact SKO Counseling, receive an invitation for an initial phone consultation. We will discuss the logistics of therapy - including location, time, and appointment frequency. If we decide to schedule, you'll need to complete consent and intake documents 24 hours prior to your first sessions. During the first session we will review your current concerns, identify goals for treatment, and create a treatment plan together.
