TFT - Thought Field Therapy
Thought Field Therapy or TFT is an evidence based practice used to improve personal resilience, self-regulation, and reduce trauma related disorders and symptoms. TFT is used to heal the negative patterns that often accompany depression, PTSD, phobias, panic/anxiety disorders, chronic health problems, and much more.
This is a treatment modality that can be used for by everyone. There is zero evidence for contraindication, meaning it is safe, effective, and accessible to all persons in any stage of recovery. You will be guided through a series of self-tapping patterns and also receive a brief guide for you to use in between sessions.
